Hunter’s Kloak® and Odin’s Innovations Collaborate on Next Gen Scent Solutions

ROGERS, Ark. – After the second year of offering Hunter’s Kloak synthetic scents in Odin’s time release beads; and extensive field testing, the brands are teaming-up to introduce hunters to the next generation of scent delivery options to improve the chances for a successful hunt.

Used in concert, they’re a lethal combination; with Odin’s releasing scent for 30 days or more and Hunter’s Kloak providing a scent boost during the hunt. “When we decided to move our product to 100% synthetic scents, we looked for the most effective and proven products we could find. That led us to Hunter’s Kloak,” said Paul Black of Odin’s Innovations. Hunter’s Kloak has developed unique scents that are extremely effective when distributed into the air from their misters. Then, the Odin’s scent beads allow hunters to keep these same and familiar scents in the field for an extended period of time. The two brands and their products are incredibly complementary. In Kentucky during 2019 the scents were put to the test by Buster Craddock of Wildlife Properties. Craddock and his team field tested the scents infused into Odin’s scent beads as well as the scents distributed by the Kloak misters. At the conclusion of the test, Mr. Craddock shared; “These really work. The scents are effective in both applications and make for a powerful one-two punch when used together.”

Mr. Black further subjected his scents beads to testing at a university chemical laboratory. During the test, scent beads were exposing to the elements for 27 days. Every three days, samples were collected and measured by a Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer to determine the scent potency. After 27 days, the product retained more than half of its potency. “The stink-o-meter test, as I prefer to call it, was confirmation that Odin’s offers a time release solution that’s missing from the hunter’s arsenal. You can place it and know it’s effective for an entire month. There’s no need to return and refresh the scent,” said Daniels.
